Add your site and our key
We generate a key pair for the site. Add the public key to your server's authorized_keys and we connect over SSH.

- Can you restore a site for me?
- Not automatically yet. Download the archive from your dashboard and restore it by hand, or pass it to whoever manages the server.
- What does my server need?
- SSH access for the key we generate. For database backups, a MySQL database we can reach through that SSH connection.
- Do you store any passwords?
- Never your server or hosting login: server access is by SSH key only. If you add a database, its password is stored encrypted and used only to take the dump.
- What if I run out of storage?
- Extra storage is £5 per 50 GB a month. You'll see usage in the dashboard and get an alert as you approach your limit.
